Roadies
Roadies Burgers and Sandwiches is a food truck and catering company based out of New Braunfels, TX that specializes in selling Texas raised Wagyu Hamburgers and also offers sandwiches, loaded fries and sliders. Roadies has been proudly serving the residents and guests of Central Texas since 2018 and takes pride in using wagyu beef sourced from local farmers. Come see us!

The Dawg Haus
Serving up bold flavor on every bun, our food truck specializes in gourmet all-beef hot dogs loaded with creative, crave-worthy toppings. From classic favorites to specialty builds, every dog is made to satisfy. We also dish out piled-high nachos with fresh toppings and the best pulled pork! Rich, creamy mac ’n’ cheese bowls built to order are ashtrays a favorite! Fresh, flavorful, and made with love!

Tacos Papi Grande
Tacos Papi Grande serves up bold, flavor-packed favorites like beef and chicken birria, asada, and al pastor tacos, along with quesadillas, nachos, ramen, and Texas toast grilled cheese—all delivered with high-energy, feel-good vibes. Based in New Braunfels, the brand offers food truck service along with taco and churro catering for weddings, corporate events, and private parties across the Hill Country. Now a female-owned 501(c)(3) nonprofit, a portion of proceeds supports single-parent families, making every bite a “feel good taco.”
