How do I purchase tickets to shows at Whitewater Amphitheater?
Advanced tickets can be purchased online at www.whitewaterrocks.com or at ticketweb.com. Tickets can also be purchased in person at Whitewater Amphitheater’s office during business hours. Ticket prices are the same at every outlet and ticket fees are still charged if you purchase in person. If you see differing ticket prices, you may be looking at third-party website or a secondary market broker which we do not control. The only way to guarantee that your ticket is valid is to purchase directly through Whitewater.

There are no wing seats left and I can’t stand up for long periods of time – can I bring in a chair or blanket?
No, chairs and blankets may not be brought into the venue. We are not your typical amphitheater and do not have a lawn area. We do have open seating picnic tables in the biergarten that are great for resting your legs and taking a break in between acts.

ACCESSIBILITY, MEDICAL, & CHILDREN

Do you have ADA or handicap seating?
ADA seating or parking not available for purchase. We have a limited number of facilities available, as required by ADA, for our venue capacity available on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot save or reserve seats or areas. Once it’s determined that an accessible area is filled to capacity, the area will not be available for additional entry. We recommend arriving early to the venue to receive accommodation. ADA seating is limited to the disabled person and one companion. The amphitheater is wheelchair accessible but is outdoors and some travel is over natural terrain and, if it should rain, there could be mud. Whitewater does not provide golf cart rides or wheelchairs or other devices for rent or loan.

Where is the ADA/handicap entrance located?
The ADA entrance is located at GATE A and is clearly marked. It contains a paved walkway from the designated parking area to the gate, and has a separate line for speedy entry.  We ask that you arrive to the venue approximately 20 minutes early so that we can allow you to enter and get situated before the gates officially open.

Do you have ADA/handicap parking?
We have ADA parking in the Whitewater Lot with paved and easy access to Gate A. Guests must posses a valid placard to utilize the handicap spots. If all ADA spots are occupied, any passengers can be dropped off in our rideshare lot and exit the lot to find a parking spot. We cannot save or reserve any ADA spots. ADA parking is $20 (credit cards only).

Where are the ADA restrooms and other facilities located? There is a wheelchair-accessible bar located at the main bar area on the Biergarten side of the bar. You will also have the ability to order directly from your seat by scanning the QR code. The ADA restrooms are clearly marked and located between the main bar and Biergarten stage.

I am hard of hearing or deaf – can I request an interpreter?
We will make every effort to accommodate guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, but must receive a request in a timely manner in order for the interpreter to prepare and cannot guarantee an interpreter will be available for each performance if received too close to the performance date. Please contact us no less than three weeks prior to the event.

I don’t need an ADA accommodation but I still need a seat.
For those not in a mobility device or who do not require ADA accommodation who would like a guaranteed seat, we recommend purchasing a wing seat. The wing seats contain a ramp to access on the first level and stairs on the rest of the levels.

I am diabetic and need insulin and/or a snack – can I bring them in?
ABSOLUTELY! Please check in at the Box Office with a member of our Front Gate team. We recommend bringing in a SMALL soft sided cooler if you need to keep your insulin cool. We can provide additional ice if your ice pack warms up. If you require a snack for a medical condition, please bring it in with you. However, please leave the picnics at home – we have a variety of food options at the food pavilion.

Are there EMTs on site?
YES! We utilize Canyon Lake Fire & EMS for our medical services. The medical tent is located between the Biergarten and the main venue next to Gate H.

I require a specific medical device – can I go back to my car to get it?
No, we do not permit re-entry. Please bring all medically necessary devices and medications in with you. This includes inhalers and injectables.

Can I bring my child to the show? If so, can I bring in a stroller, toys, and a bottle? We are an All Ages venue unless otherwise advertised on the ticket purchasing link, however, all persons entering the venue, no matter what age, must purchase a ticket. This includes babies and toddlers. Strollers and car seat carriers are not permitted at the venue. A diaper bag containing necessary items for childcare are permitted, however, it will be subject to search for other items on our prohibited items list. All toys will be subject to inspection. We recommend bringing only necessary items. Please note that we do not have a playground or children’s activities at the venue and there is no re-entry. All children should wear hearing protection, as the venue is loud. At this time, we do not have dedicated nursing or changing areas, but we are working on incorporating these features into the venue in the future.

What is your bag policy?
We adhere to a “stadium bag policy” with our Clear Bag Policy. To keep it simple, if your bag is larger than a half-sheet of paper, it’s too big. Even a tiny bit larger is too big. If you’re not sure, leave it at home. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary bags.

Where do I get a clear bag?
Clear bags can be purchased on our website and shipped to you in advance. They can also be purchased on site at the box office or inside the venue at the merch building. Oversized bags may not be placed inside of a clear bag if that oversized bag was denied entry.

My bag is too big and I got dropped off by an Uber – what do I do with my bag?
We partner with a locker provider to offer a solution for situations like this. The lockers are owned and operated independently of Whitewater Amphitheater. Lockers are $10-$20 and the vendor accepts cash, Venmo, and Cash App. They do not accept credit cards at this time.

Do you use metal detectors to check for weapons?
Yes, we use walk-through metal detectors and/or wanding for all patrons to identify weapons. Please remove your pocket knife before coming to the venue!

I have a pacemaker or other condition where I cannot go through a metal detector.
Guests with a medical condition will be subjected to wanding and/or pat down search for weapons prior to entering the venue.

If I have my Concealed Handgun License (CHL) or am an Off Duty Peace Officer can I bring my gun into the venue?
This is a 51% establishment. It is unlawful for a person to carry a handgun on this premise, including a person licensed under Sub-chapter H, Ch. 411, Government Code.

Off Duty Officers are permitted to bring their issued service weapon into the venue however, they must be licensed in the state of Texas, must have their proper credentials verified and their service weapon inspected by a working officer. Off-Duty Officers who have been cleared to carry inside the venue will be issued specific credentials so other officers may easily identify them as friendly, if needed.

Do you have a dress code?
You must be wearing a shirt, bottoms, and shoes. Bathing suits are not considered clothing.

What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?
We do not allow cameras and/or recording devices however you are able to bring and use your cell phone camera. Members of the press must have passes pre-arranged with the artist’s management in order to shoot during the show.

What time does the band go on? Is there an Opening Act?
Doors and set times may vary. We will send out an email to ticket holders the week of the show with our current information. Please keep in mind that all set times are subject to change due to weather and other factors.

What is the difference between Biergarten Entry and Main Doors times?
We open the back half of our venue about an hour before we open the rest of the venue. This lets you get in and enjoy a bite to eat, something to drink, and shop merch before we open “main doors” to access your seats or your spot in the GA area.

What time should I get there to get a good place to see the show?
We highly recommend early arrival as we perform bag searches, verify age, and use electronic wands for body scanning to ensure the safety of all patrons which can take a little bit of time.  Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up, there may already be people ahead of you in line.

Will the ticket price go up day of show?
Yes, tickets usually do increase the day of show so we recommend purchasing in advance.

What happens if it rains?
We’ll all get wet! Whitewater Amphitheater is a Rain or Shine venue. If rain is expected, we will allow small, personal umbrellas in. No golf or oversized umbrellas will be permitted. Please check our socials and our website for weather updates on the day of the show. We have disposable ponchos available for sale at the box office for $5 (credit card only).

It’s so hot! Can I bring a fan? Is there shade?
We have large shady oak and pecan trees in the biergarten to hang out under until the sun goes down. By the time the main doors open, the sun has gone down. We have misting fans throughout the venue. You may bring in a SMALL, EMPTY personal fan. If at any point the device interferes with someone else’s experience or presents a safety hazard, we may ask that the device be put away or removed.
