How do I purchase tickets to shows at Whitewater Amphitheater?
Advanced tickets can be purchased on-line at www.whitewaterrocks.com or by phone at (830) 964-3800. Tickets can also be purchased in person at Whitewater Amphitheater’s office during business hours.

Do you provide accommodations for patrons with a handicap?

We have a limited number of facilities available, as required by ADA,  for our venue capacity.  Please call our office if you have a special request or needs such as wheelchair, disability, etc. Accommodations are based on a first come first served basis however we strive to accommodate everyone.

The Handicap entrance is clearly marked at the main gate and has a separate line for speedy entry.  We ask that you arrive to the venue approximately 20 minutes early so that we can allow you to enter and get situated before the gates officially open.  If you aren’t able to arrive early, we are still more than happy to accommodate you and will have one of our friendly staff escort you.

What type of payment does Whitewater Amphitheater accept?
For tickets purchased on-line or over the phone, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For tickets purchased in our office, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash. Inside the venue for drinks, food, and merchandise, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final.

Do I have to print my tickets, or can they be scanned off my phone?

Tickets can be scanned off phones as long as it is the original PDF. Please bring the photo ID of the name that matches the tickets in case there is a scanning issue so we can print them for you at the Ticket Booth.

How old do you have to be to attend shows at Whitewater Amphitheater?
Our shows are all ages unless the band requests an age limit. For all ages shows every person entering the venue, no matter what age, must purchase a ticket.

Do I need an ID to enter the venue?
If you purchase Platinum Seating or a Preferred Box you must show an ID with your ticket in order to pick up your wristbands. If you plan on drinking alcohol while inside the venue, your must present a valid photo ID, and be over 21 years of age. We take checking IDs very seriously.

Do you perform bag searches and/or use electronic search device to ensure no concealed weapons are brought into venue?

All bags are subject to be searched. Patrons are subject to electronic wand scanning to ensure safety.

Does Whitewater Amphitheater have seats? Is there wheelchair accessibility?
General Admission is the only ticket type we sale that does not include seats. We do have picnic tables located behind the main bar for all concert goers and they are available on a first come first served basis.  All handicap guests will enter through main General Admission gate.   If there are special request, please let office know 24 hours prior to concert.

Can we bring chairs into the venue with us?
We do not allow any outside chairs or blankets to be brought into the venue.

What time does the band go on? Is there an Opening Act?
The time listed on your ticket is the door time, not the show time. Set times vary and typically are not announced until the day of the show. Please keep in mind that set times, as well as opening acts, are subject to change.

What time should I get there to get a good place to see the show?
We like to think that there are no bad spots at Whitewater Amphitheater but if you are more of those folks who needs to be right up front we suggest you be in line prior to doors opening. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up, there may already be people ahead of you in line.

Does Whitewater Amphitheater offer drinks or is it BYOB?
We have full bars scattered throughout the venue offering a selection of draft and canned beer along with liquor and non alcoholic beverages. We do not allow any outside food or drinks inside the venue.

Does Whitewater Amphitheater offer food?
Yes, we do have food available for purchase inside the venue.  Cajun on da Geaux will be providing food for the 2018 concert season.  They are working on perfecting the menu for the 2018 season and we will have it posted soon!

Do you have a dress code?
You must be wearing a shirt, bottoms, and shoes. Bathing suits are not considered clothing.

What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?
We do not allow cameras and/or recording devices however you are able to bring and use your cell phone camera. Members of the press must have passes pre arranged in order to shoot during the show.

How do I get to Whitewater Amphitheater?

Where can I park?
We have on-site parking and it is $15 Cash Only.

Am I able to upgrade my tickets?
We do not offer ticket upgrades.  If you are interested in a different ticket type than what you have purchased, please contact our office.

What happens if it rains?
Whitewater Amphitheater is a Rain or Shine venue.

Will the ticket price go up day of show?
Yes, tickets usually do increase the day of show so we recommend purchasing in advance.
